This is all new for me. I’m hoping that through this weblog I’ll be able to help other people with either cooking thoughts or weight loss concerns. For me the two really go together. I love to eat. I have a relative who once told me that she eats to live. She really doesn’t care too much for it. (She’s healthy and all that, just has more important things to enjoy I guess.)Me…I’ve always been a live to eat type of person.
My disadvantage is that I enjoy cooking and am a good cook. I’ve never been much of a cook book user, only when really necessary. It just comes to me naturally. Interestingly enough it runs in my family too. My dad and brother are great cooks also.
I’ve had a couple of bad times in the kitchen with my creations, but only two that really come to mind. My daughter used to really get frustrated with me because I almost never use recipes. I just make things up as I go and they work out. Blessing or curse?? I consider it a blessing.
