I'm sure it's good, too! I'd recommend easing into being vegetarian. Maybe just stop eating red meat and adding more fruits, veggies, and whole grains to your diet. Then you can ease out the other meats in another week or so. Ryan and I went cold turkey but we're weird. :) Is dad even interested in this? All last week I was having to deal with the blister packs for Dayquil. There's a layer of paper you have to peel off, then it's supposed to be super-easy to get the pills out. Ha!
